We have had some work done recently in our apartment by a company known as C & P Decorators, (Clive, father and Paul, son), they are very well known around here, you often see their dark blue van.
We have used this company twice and found them excellent (and very au fait with old properties in Palmeira / Adelaide).

We have now used Raymond and his team on numerous occasions for a substantial amount of work on the rennovation and restoration our flat. We can honestly say he has restored our faith in builders. The work varied from complicated structural work to plastering of walls and ceilings, installing a new kitchen and bathroom, and carpentry work. Upon our recommendation to neighbours' in our building, he has since now worked for three of them. Raymond is honest, courteous, hardworking, very skilled with a high attention to detail, and is very competitive in price - I can't recommend him more highly.

The residents of 37-38 Adelaide Crescent have been using RML Properties Limited for a very long time, and we are all incredibly happy and satisfied with their level of workmanship and professionalism. Almost every resident of the building has used their services internally in their individual flats, and we also use them for our re-decorations of the exteriors. They are very reasonably priced, and really honest and decent people. Truly a breath of fresh air, after the utter cowboys we have had to contend with over the years.
