South & South East in Bloom – Its Your Neighbourhood 2018 The Friends of Palmeira and Adelaide This year Palmeira & Adelaide moved up a grade to ‘Advancing’. We are very please with this result and look to continue the success for 2019.

Looking for friendly volunteers for Snailspace
Snailspace is the much-anticipated follow up to the hugely successful Snowdogs by the Sea, which raised £310,000 for Martlets and contributed in excess of £10m to the local economy. They are looking for friendly volunteers for Snailspace.

We are sad to announce the passing of Ruth Addison
Ruth was a part of our community here for many years and helped many people. She was the Chairperson of FOPA for two years, from 2008 to 2010. She continued her support of the community and regularly attended FOPA events and was well known and liked by all neighbours and friends.

Quiz night to raise funds for Brunswick in Bloom
Brunswick in Bloom will be having a quiz night to raise funds for Brunswick in Bloom- this covers all parts of the ward. . £5 entry. All welcome! The launch of our entry into Brunswick in Bloom will be with an informal meet on 21st May at 3.30pm at the Cafe at the Cornerstone Centre. There will be a small plant/seed sale to help generate some funds.
