FOPA monitors local Planning and Listed Building Applications. We have recently submitted comments on three Applications within Palmeira Square and Adelaide Crescent, as follows: 6 Palmeira Square (retrospective to regularise illegal alterations to the top floor and roof, currently the subject of an Enforcement Notice), 8 Palmeira Square (alterations to the front windows at second floor level to create a new balcony access), 25 Adelaide Crescent (alterations to the front windows at second floor level).
